Case Study: Global Acton Plan – A charity inspiring people to take practical environmental action
Third Rock was asked to review the charity’s internal marketing and communications function. We were then tasked with making recommendations for a new strategy to support the delivery of the organisation’s goals over the next 12 months.
What We Did
We designed a series of workshops to help the marketing and communications team identify the size and nature of the charity’s output and key issues. Using this information, we created a work-flow communications management plan. The plan was designed to help personnel identify priorities on a weekly basis and provide a structure for interacting with other departments to assess, review and implement successful marketing and communications.
We witnessed improved work flow and ability to identify and manage the workload in the marketing and comms team. Chief Executive, Trewin Restorick acknowledged the improvement in the charity’s ability to communicate more effectively its work.
